Campaign vs System: Why Most Agents Start January At Zero

A campaign ends. A system compounds. Almost every agent is running campaigns and wondering why the pipeline resets.

About Kenneth

01 — The Problem

The Problem

Every January you rebuild. New farm, new postcard, new content plan. By March it has stopped and by June you are prospecting from scratch. That is not a discipline problem — it is a structure problem. You have been running campaigns where you needed a system.

02 — In The Field

A Real-World Example

An agent runs a twelve-week door knocking push and generates nine leads. The push ends, the follow-up ends, and seven of those nine list with someone else eighteen months later. The leads were real. The system that would have still been in front of them was not.

03 — Take Action

Three Things To Do

01

Define the repeatable monthly loop

What happens every single month regardless of how busy you are: one email, one neighbourhood touch, one content piece. Write it down as a fixed loop, not a goal.

02

Automate the follow-up, not the effort

Prospecting requires you. Follow-up does not. Anything that must happen monthly for eighteen months should run without you remembering it.

03

Judge results on a twelve-month horizon

Sellers list on their timeline, not yours. A system that looks like it is failing in month three is usually working in month fourteen — if it is still running.
